Ramipil is a small consulting studio with a focused purpose: helping independent professionals build a business that reflects their real capabilities.

The Origin

Why This Studio Exists

The freelance economy has grown enormously. Millions of skilled professionals work independently across design, development, writing, marketing, consulting, and dozens of other disciplines. Most of them are genuinely good at what they do.

But being good at the craft isn't the same as running a sustainable, well-structured business around it. The patterns that keep talented freelancers stuck are remarkably consistent: pricing based on time rather than value, positioning too broad to attract ideal clients, and a workload shaped by whoever happens to reach out rather than deliberate choices.

Ramipil was built to address exactly that gap. Not as a coaching programme with a rigid curriculum, but as a studio that works alongside freelancers at a specific transition point and helps them move through it thoughtfully.

There's a meaningful difference between coaching and consulting. Coaching often focuses on mindset and motivation. Consulting focuses on the business itself: the offers, the pricing, the positioning, the client mix.

Ramipil works as a consultant. We look at your business with fresh eyes, identify what's working and what isn't, and help you build something more intentional. You bring the expertise in your craft. We bring the perspective on the business model.
